If we got a fact wrong, we want to know, and we fix it in the open. Send the page, the claim, and ideally a source, and we'll check it against the demo and Pragmatic Play's published spec. When a correction is warranted, we update the page and note what changed. We treat a stale number the same way, so if an operator reconfigures the RTP away from the 96.50% default, or a feature gets restricted in a market, tell us and we'll bring the page current.
Questions, corrections or feedback? Here is how to contact the team behind this Jelly Express guide.
Get in touch
One address reaches the whole desk: [email protected]. Whether you've spotted a wrong number in our Jelly Express review, want to flag a change in how the game plays, or just have a question the FAQ didn't cover, that's the inbox. There's no ticket system and no phone queue. A person reads what you send.
We're an editorial team, not an operator. We can't open an account for you, top up a balance, process a payout, or resolve a dispute with a casino. For anything to do with real money on a specific site, contact that operator's support directly. What we can do is talk about the game, the math, and anything we've published.
Corrections policy
What helps us reply faster
A little detail goes a long way. The more specific your message, the quicker we can act on it. If you can, include the following.
For a correction
- The exact page or URL, and the sentence or number in question.
- What you believe is correct, and where you saw it (a first-party spec beats a forum post).
For a question
- What you're trying to work out. "Does the Ante Bet exist in my region?" is easier to answer than "tell me about the bonus".
- Whether you've already checked the how-to-play guide, so we don't just point you back to it.
When to expect a reply
We aim to answer within a few business days. We're a small team, so we can't promise same-day replies, and a message that arrives over a weekend usually waits until the week starts. Corrections that touch a factual error jump the queue, because getting the record straight matters more than answering a general query.
One honest caveat: we can't give you personal gambling advice, tip you toward a "winning" setup, or tell you a game is due. No such thing exists on a random-number slot. If you're worried about your play, the right people to talk to are GamCare and GambleAware, both free and confidential.
Partnerships and press
Use the same address for press questions, feedback, or partnership enquiries. We're clear about how the site earns, which the about page explains and the methodology page backs up: affiliate commissions fund the work, and no commercial arrangement changes a verdict or buys a score. Pitches that ask us to soften a review or bury a downside aren't a fit, so please save us both the email.
For anything about the review itself, the person behind it is Ryan Cole, who leads the desk and does the demo testing.
